Terry Wittler, Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather: Terry Wittler, with Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, has a general civil trial practice that includes banking, business, shareholder rights and trusts and estates. He also handled a variety of personal injury, wrongful death and product liability cases. Mr. Wittler received his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1977. He has been a member of the NSBA House of Delegates since 2008, and the Chair of the NSBA Civil Practice Committee since 2010.
