Amy L. Van Horne, Kutak Rock LLP: Amy Van Horne is a partner with Kutak Rock LLP. Ms. Van Horne has a litigation practice were her area of focus is products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance coverage litigation and general commercial litigation. She also is a mediation practice and is the first female in Nebraska to be accepted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. She has successfully mediated a wide variety of disputes, including disability discrimination claims, personal injury claims, gender discrimination claims, wrongful death claims, invasion of privacy claims, defamation claims, medical malpractice claims, estate claims, landlord/tenant disputes and contract disputes, among others. Ms. Van Horne is on the panel of approved mediators for the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. She is also an approved Nebraska Parenting Act Mediator. She received his Juris Doctor from University of Iowa College of Law.
