Martin Swanson is the Administrator for Health Policy at the Nebraska Department of Insurance. He oversees implementation and enforcement of the Affordable Care Act and other health products for the Department.
Laura Arp joined the Nebraska Department of Insurance in December 2012 and as counsel for the Department, she has covered property and casualty, health, long-term care, HR and licensing. She has also assisted the Attorney General in the defense of Department actions and coordinates investigations with the Attorney General’s Consumer Protection division as well as the Department’s Market Conduct, Consumer Affairs, and Fraud divisions.
