Sue Loerts is an attorney in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. She has 30 years of experience as a human resources and legal executive and in-house counsel in technology, healthcare and publishing organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She practices in all areas of employment law, proactively advising clients on preventative actions.
Ms. Loerts is experienced in handling administrative claims and audits and investigations. She regularly counsels clients regarding a variety of employment matters including strategic advice and counseling, policies and procedures, and agreements including various complex employment agreements and incentive compensation plans.
