Michael W. Milone is an attorney with Koukol & Johnson, LLC, in Omaha, Nebraska. Michael handles a wide array of civil matters but focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation including collection law, foreclosures, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, estate planning, and banking and credit union law. Michael one day hopes to become a state or federal judge. Michael is licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa. He is a member of the Nebraska, Iowa, and Omaha bar associations, as well as the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association. Michael received undergraduate degrees in philosophy and psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, followed by earning his J.D., with honors, from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
