Mr. Chase counsels clients on federal and state regulatory matters including the Federal health care fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA, compliance programs, and institutional review board compliance. Mr. Chase is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association (serving as Chair of the Health Law Section Education Committee), American Health Lawyers Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and the Health Care Compliance Association.
