General topics will include when is it time to buy or sell a practice, how do you transition a practice, what are some options to structure the sale of a practice, can you continue to practice while also slowing down, how do you value a practice, who are potential buyers or sellers of a practice, issues to consider outside of the actual firm purchase, what are the pros and cons of buying or selling a practice and finally what are some real life examples of how law practices have been purchased, sold and/or merged.
