Seth Moen is the chair of Dvorak Law Group’s tax practice group and focuses his practice on tax, mergers and acquisitions, and securities/capital markets. Seth represents and advises buyers and sellers through the transaction processes and a significant portion of Seth’s practice is tax planning and advising related to mergers and acquisitions. Following the passage of the CARES Act, he worked with clients to determine eligibility for COVID-19 relief programs, including Paycheck Protection Program loans and Employee Retention Credits. Seth has represented clients in matters related to the COVID-19 relief programs before the Department of Justice and the Small Business Administration.
Nick Meier concentrates his practice on business law matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance, non-profits, and tax. Nick assists clients with respect to all forms of tax planning and structuring. Nick, along with other members of Dvorak Law Group, LLC, works closely with clients to determine eligibility for COVID-19 relief programs, including drafting narratives supporting eligibility.
