The topics include the new patent lawsuit filed by Monsanto related to its Roundup Ready® products, the trade secret implications of the FTC’s proposed non-compete ban, NFTs and trademarks, and AI (e.g., ChatGPT™) and copyright law implications. Practical takeaways will be peppered into the content for helping spot IP issues in your practice.

Chandler Schmidt is a registered patent attorney with a practice focusing on preparing and prosecuting patent applications for electrical, mechanical, and software innovations.
