In this session, a representative from the Temporary Hearings in District Court subcommittee of the Children's Commission will update practitioners regarding a possible rule change to the Uniform District Court Rules of Practice and Procedure, specifically, Neb. Ct. R. § 6-1504 (Domestic relations cases).

Adam received his Juris Doctor from the Creighton University School of Law.
