Specifically, we will discuss things like motions for summary disposition of an appeal (Rule 2-107), motions for miscellaneous relief (Rule 2-106), and motions for attorney fees. We will also cover best practices for motion filing in the appellate courts, using evidence/affidavits to support appellate motions, and how those motions are typically resolved by Nebraska’s appellate courts.
