He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1978, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 1981. He is General Counsel for the Nebraska Bankers Association and lobbyist for the Nebraska Bankers Association, National Federation of Independent Business, Nebraska Pharmacists Association, and Nebraskans for Workers’ Compensation Equity and Fairness.

Ryan K. McIntosh is an attorney with the Brandt, Horan, Hallstrom & Stilmock firm in Nebraska City. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2010, and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2014. He is a lobbyist for the Nebraska Bankers Association and active with the other clients of the firm in the Nebraska Unicameral.
