Brock J. Pohlmeier is an associate in the Omaha, Nebraska, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. His practice is focused on representing management in all aspects of labor and employment litigation. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, Brock gained significant litigation experience in state and federal courts in Nebraska, Kansas, and Colorado. While attending the University of Nebraska College of Law, Brock served as vice president of the Federalist Society and was a member of the University’s Civil Clinic, where Brock built the foundation for his career as a litigator through providing pro bono legal services to low-income clients.

Kelly received her law degree from Creighton University and has been practicing law since 1995. She is a partner at Fielder Law Firm. Her twenty-five years of litigation experience includes claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, personal injury and medical malpractice. Kelly is committed to protecting the rights of employees and injured workers throughout the state of Nebraska. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association for which she has served as the 8th Circuit Representative and past President of the Nebraska Employment Lawyers Association. She currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association’s Labor Relations and Employment Law Section and has previously served on NSBA’s Minority in Justice Committee.
