Michael Chase, Baird Holm
Michael W. Chase assists clients with issues including compliance with Federal health care program fraud and abuse laws, contract negotiations, reimbursement matters, clinical research and institutional review board compliance, and corporate governance. His practice also focuses on privacy and data protection matters under HIPAA, HITECH, and other Federal and State data privacy laws.
